Here is the list of volunteer activities that you can volunteer for:

Food Bank For Westchester

Location: Millwood, New York
Age of participants: all ages
Time required: return by 1:30 p.m.
What it involves: Join us at the Food Bank where we will help sort food items that are distributed to shelters throughout Westchester County and receive a tour of the facilities.

Prepare/Deliver Meals for the Homeless and Individuals
Location: Ardsley High School
Age of participants: all ages
Time required: 1-2 hours flexible
What it involves: Help prepare sandwiches and pack bags of food. Fun activities for all ages -the youngest kids can fill bags and make drawings.

Clothing Drive For Families in Need

Location: Ardsley High School
Age of participants: all ages
Time required: 2-3 hours flexible
What it involves: Join us as we collect, sort and/or deliver gently used clothing.

Andrus Children's Center
http://www.andruschildren.org/

Location: Homefield Bowling Center in Yonkers
Age of participants: all ages
Time required: 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
What it involves: Share your family's warmth with children with special needs unable to be at home with their own families through a morning of bowling, lunch and laughter. Andrus will provide staff and transportation for their children.

Cost: Nominal cost of approximately $10 for the Andrus child plus your family costs.

Ardsley Clean-Up
Location: Start at Ardsley High School
Age of participants: all ages
Time required: 1-2 hours flexible
What it involves: Work with your family and friends to help make the streets and parks in our own community beautiful.
